rse Staffing is hiring Electronic Pallet Jack (EPJ) Operators for a busy distribution facility in Pooler, GA. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on warehouse work, operating material handling equipment, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Duties
Operate an electronic pallet jack to move products and materials safely throughout the warehouse
Load, unload, transport, and stage pallets for shipping and receiving
Pick, organize, and prepare products for distribution
Move inventory to designated warehouse locations
Build, wrap, and secure pallets to prevent product damage
Verify product quantities and ensure accurate order fulfillment
Perform routine equipment inspections before operation
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Must-Have Requirements
Ability to safely operate or learn to operate an electronic pallet jack
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and move continuously during the workday
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work the assigned A Shift or B Shift schedule
Ability to work overtime or remain until daily operations are completed
Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
Preferred Qualifications
Previous electronic pallet jack (EPJ) operating experience
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
Experience with order picking, shipping, receiving, or inventory movement
Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and material handling equipment
Work Environment
Fast-paced warehouse distribution center
Frequent operation of electronic pallet jacks and movement of palletized materials
Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials
Repetitive physical activity throughout the workday
Warehouse may be warm or non-climate-controlled depending on season
Safety equipment may be required based on facility requirements
