Electrical Warehouse Assistant

Seeking applications for an warehouse assistant in an electrical contracting environment. This position reports directly to the warehouse manager and assists in the overall flow of materials, tools and equipment to and from construction jobsites. Also assists in grounds maintenance, equipment and tool maintenance, warehouse organization and paperwork flow. Will help daily activities such as orders, pickups and deliveries, maintaining stock levels, assisting with maintenance. Very busy atmosphere that requires flexibility, level headedness, adaptability, continuous learner, sound judgement and critical thinking. Additional skill sets that are required for this position: · Self-motivated and self-thinker. · Excellent listening skills. · Can adapt to multiple · Solution-oriented and able to navigate complex challenges. · Good in fast paced environments. · Likes to stay busy. · Good handwriting, calculation and hands on skill sets. · Computer skills are a plus. · Mechanically inclined. · Clean driving record required, CDL a plus but not required. · Forklift experience. · Experience with heavy equipment and trailers. · Appreciates a clean workspace and organizational skills. · Must be physically able to work in construction environments, including sitting, standing, pulling, lifting, pushing. · Must be able to work M-F 7-3:30pm at a minimum. · Pay range based on skill sets of applicants.
