Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting electrical supplies by providing detailed product information, demonstrations, and upselling when appropriate Maintain a well-stocked and organized warehouse, ensuring products are properly stored, labeled, and accessible for quick retrieval Operate cash registers accurately during retail transactions, handling cash, credit card payments, and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts Conduct product demos to educate customers on features and benefits of electrical supplies, enhancing their purchasing confidence Manage stock levels through regular stocking, inventory checks, and restocking shelves to prevent shortages or overstocking Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism, phone etiquette, and clear communication Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays to highlight key products and promotions effectively Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably with electrical or hardware products Supervising or team leadership experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to guide peers and manage tasks efficiently Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities to serve diverse customer needs Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management Knowledge of retail store product knowledge related to electrical supplies and merchandising techniques Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone Experience conducting product demos and upselling to maximize sales opportunities This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their sales expertise while supporting efficient warehouse operations.
