Electrical store Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Store Manager to lead our retail outlet dedicated to electrical supplies, appliances, and related products. In this role, you will drive store performance by overseeing daily operations, managing a motivated team, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your leadership will ensure the store operates smoothly, inventory is well-managed, and sales targets are consistently achieved. Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service initiatives Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a high-performing retail staff Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction Manage purchasing, pricing, and stock replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and daily financial reconciliation Conduct employee training & development sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills Maintain store appearance through effective merchandising, stocking, and organization in compliance with safety standards Skills Strong management skills with proven experience in retail store leadership and team supervision Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for diverse customer engagement Proficiency in inventory control systems, POS technology, and retail math for accurate sales tracking and reporting Skilled in negotiation, purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to boost sales performance Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development practices Expertise in budgeting, cash handling procedures, payroll management, bookkeeping, and financial recordkeeping Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively across shift management and administrative responsibilities Leadership qualities with experience in supervising staff during peak hours or shift changes; capable of motivating teams toward shared goals Customer service excellence with phone etiquette skills and a focus on creating positive shopping experiences for all customers This role is ideal for candidates passionate about retail management within the electrical industry who thrive on leading teams to success.
