This is an opportunity to lead complex electrical, instrumentation, and controls projects at some of Alberta's largest water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, and utility infrastructure sites. Comprehensive health and dental benefits RRSP matching program Vehicle allowance Flexible work arrangements Long-term career opportunities Stable, year-round work Work on critical infrastructure projects throughout Alberta Join a locally owned company with a strong reputation and experienced team What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you will: Manage electrical, instrumentation, and controls projects from start to finish Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and progress claims Coordinate material procurement and project resources Support field supervisors and construction teams throughout all phases of a project Monitor safety, quality, and project performance Attend client meetings and represent Vector professionally What We're Looking For Required: Experience managing electrical, instrumentation, or industrial construction projects Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong understanding of project financial management and contract administration Preferred: Journeyperson Electrician designation Engineering Technology diploma or related technical education Experience with water and wastewater treatment facilities Experience with industrial electrical and instrumentation systems Experience working on municipal or utility infrastructure projects Applicants with relevant industrial construction experience are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every preferred qualification.
