Electrical Project Manager Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate electrical construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and team leadership. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and ensuring compliance with electrical building codes. The Electrical Project Manager will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget while leading diverse teams of professionals. Duties Lead and manage electrical construction projects, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and effectively. Oversee project planning, including developing detailed project schedules using Microsoft Office tools and other scheduling software. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project specifications and deadlines. Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial management. Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical building codes, safety standards, and regulations. Supervise and lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity levels. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety adherence. Manage procurement of materials and equipment necessary for electrical installations. Prepare progress reports, change orders, and documentation required for project tracking and client communication. Resolve issues that arise during construction phases promptly to minimize delays or additional costs. Qualifications Proven experience in electrical project management within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and safety standards. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project) for project scheduling and reporting. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and vendors. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics. Experience managing project budgets and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.
