Primary responsibilities include review and management of construction specifications, system materials specifications, and equipment service reliability. Knowledge of material and equipment testing and analysis is required to determine failure causes while providing recommendations to mitigate future failures. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain electric design and service standards while promoting safe and efficient system operations through technical guidance and training for designers, line workers, and operations personnel. The role will provide technical services and consultation to other engineers and staff to guide budgets and capital improvement projects. This role will provide oversight and review of similar work for lower-level Electrical Engineers.
