Job DescriptionThe Electric Pallet Jack Operator supports outbound order fulfillment in a distribution center and retail fulfillment center environment. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor or Shift Manager, this role operates electric pallet jacks during the day shift while coordinating dock activities, handling materials, and ensuring accurate, safe order movement.

• Operate electric and double-fork electric pallet jacks to move materials and orders.
• Pick outbound orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle, stage, and load pallets for fulfillment and shipment.
• Verify loads and confirm order accuracy before dispatch.
• Scan inventory using RF scanners and update warehouse records.
• Coordinate pallet movement and activities at the dock.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ years of warehouse material-handling experience.
• Electric pallet jack operator certification.
• Experience with electric pallet jack operation and RF scanner operation.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and pallet loading.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish
