EHR Lead Vendor Manager

For our client, we are seeking a EHR Lead Vendor Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead the management of electronic health record vendor relationships and strategic partnerships across the organization. You will align vendor roadmaps with enterprise priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and help ensure strong execution against service expectations. The position also plays a key role in governance, performance tracking, and risk management to support effective healthcare operations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,200 – $158,400 annually Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned EHR vendors and strategic partners Manage alignment of vendor roadmaps with enterprise priorities Coordinate vendor-supported initiatives and cross-functional execution efforts Monitor vendor performance, commitments, KPIs, and service levels Develop vendor reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews Identify opportunities to expand vendor capabilities and strategic partnerships Facilitate governance reviews, escalations, and risk management activities Qualifications 5+ years of experience in vendor management, partner management, product management, or healthcare technology Proven track record in managing cross-functional initiatives and strategic partnerships Experience leading vendor governance and conducting quarterly business reviews Skilled in developing executive reporting, performance metrics, and operational governance processes Ability to coordinate complex programs involving multiple stakeholders Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off, including company and personal holidays Paid parental and caregiver leave Short-term and long-term disability Life insurance Opportunities for personal wellness and smart healthcare decisions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
