Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable, autonomous Education Materials Installer to execute quarterly print media updates across a dedicated local territory of pharmacies and medical clinics. This role consists entirely of visiting assigned locations 4 times per year (once every 3 months) to place printed posters/pamphlets into dedicated frames in waiting areas and check inventory. Salary & Compensation: Hourly Rate: $23.00 per hour Travel Reimbursement: Full $0.73/km mileage allowance (aligned with the CRA Automobile Allowance Rates), based on pre-determined routing, to cover your vehicle expenses. Job Type: Part-time, Casual, Independent Contractor / Project-Based Key Responsibilities: Route Execution: Visit a pre-assigned local cluster of pharmacies and clinics 4 times per year during standard business hours. Media Replenishment: Neatly place new printed informational posters and pamphlets into their dedicated, wall-mounted display frames in patient waiting areas. Quality Control: Ensure the display frames are clean, visible, and structurally sound. Photo Verification: Use a smartphone application to take a clear, well-lit photo of the completed frame at each location to log proof of performance. Reporting: Promptly report any problems that arise during visits and collaborate with head office on resolutions. Professional Courtesy: Check in briefly with front-desk clinic receptionists or pharmacy staff to let them know you are performing the scheduled media swap. Requirements & Qualifications: Vehicle Access: Must possess a valid driver’s licence and have daily access to a reliable, insured personal vehicle. Tech Savvy: Comfortable downloading and using basic apps on a smartphone to log visits and upload photos. Reliability & Autonomy: Strong time management skills. Since this role is unsupervised, you must be committed to completing your entire route within the specified campaign window. Professionalism: Courteous and respectful demeanour, suitable for active healthcare environments. Physical Ability: Comfortable receiving a shipment of materials in a few boxes that can weigh up to 40 lbs. Able to walk short distances from parking spots, carry lightweight print materials, and stretch/reach to access wall-mounted frames. Asset: Previous experience as a field merchandiser, courier, mystery shopper, or route auditor is a major plus, but not required. Schedule & Flexibility: 4 times per year execution. You will be given a 2-to-3-week window every quarter to complete your assigned route. You choose when you work within that window, provided the visits happen during normal pharmacy/clinic hours (Monday–Friday, daytime).
