As a Higher Education Consulting Sr. Associate/Associate in Research Security Compliance, you will lead project work streams for Huron clients to implement complex solutions in institutional governance and compliance. You'll collaborate with university and healthcare leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive sustainable research security administration transformation and practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead consulting projects focused on research security, export control, and institutional governance while utilizing Huron methodologies and analytics tools. Collaborate with client staff and leadership, manage junior Huron team members, and implement comprehensive solutions to improve administration processes related to research security. Skills & Tools: Strong consulting and relationship-building abilities with expertise in research security operations, higher education and hospital administration, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency with higher education and hospital governance tools, analytics, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders. Qualifications: Required: Current U.S. work authorization required A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, Higher Education, Healthcare, or relevant work experience Direct experience working in a research security and / or export control office or function of a university, hospital, or research institute. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
