Ecommerce Warehouse Supervisor - Philadelphia PA

We are a fast growing company and looking for dedicated individuals to grow with us. E-commerce company having over 500+ product offerings focused on home improvement products. This position we are looking to fill is a branch/warehouse supervisor who will be responsible for maintaining the picking and packaging of daily orders. They are expected to lead by example, and as a result, PRIOR EXPERIENCE in a WAREHOUSE MANAGER capacity as well as order picking/packing experience are REQUIRED. Ability to lift around 50 POUNDS consistently is also REQUIRED. Approximately 80% of time will be involved in warehouse operations such as picking/packing, receiving and recording inventory, about 10% of the time will consist of printing pre-generated shipping labels through email for FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Amazon daily pickup, and the remaining 10% of the time consists of planning ahead and managing other warehouse workers to maintain a clean and organized work environment. The roles of the job mostly include: Meets the customer order delivery commitment. Managing warehouse staff. Print pre-generated labels sent through email. Picking and packing of items to fulfill daily orders. Assigning, creating, loading, and stretch wrapping inventory. Loading packages once a day onto FedEx, UPS, USPS and Amazon trucks. Periodically organizing and counting inventory within the warehouse. Address any issues and implement improvements to the workspace to help improve the workflow for everyone. Adhere to and lead in example of company policies and to safety and health requirements in the warehouse area. Preserves a clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Assist and perform housekeeping responsibilities for the work area. Performs other general warehouse duties as needed. Must have previous experience and be RELIABLE as the go-to person to address warehouse needs. This individual must manage and lead by example by working alongside other team members and exceeding expectations. There will be ample opportunities to grow with our company.
