Style ClanEcommerce Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator Style Clan is a clothing company based in Charlotte, home to brands including Lords of Harlech and LT Bowery 1826. We’re looking for a dependable, organized person to join our small team and help keep our daily shipping and warehouse operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role combining clothing order fulfillment, inventory organization, and computer work. The ideal candidate takes pride in neatly packed orders, pays attention to details, and is comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and shipping software. Responsibilities Pick, fold, and pack clothing orders accurately and neatly for ecommerce and wholesale customers. Use shipping software to create labels, process shipments, and track deliveries. Verify styles, sizes, colors, quantities, and shipping information before orders leave the warehouse. Receive incoming merchandise and organize inventory by style, size, and color. Inspect returned clothing, refold and repackage items, and return approved merchandise to inventory. Help with inventory counts and maintain accurate records. Use Google Sheets for data entry, inventory lists, and basic sorting and filtering. Use Gmail for daily communication. Keep the warehouse and packing areas clean and organized. Assist with packing samples and preparing shipments for sales appointments and trade shows. Qualifications Previous experience in ecommerce fulfillment, shipping and receiving, a retail stockroom, or warehouse operations preferred. Comfortable using a computer, email, and spreadsheets. Experience with Gmail and Google Sheets preferred; Microsoft Excel experience is also helpful. Experience with shipping software preferred, with training provided on our systems. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Able to follow instructions, prioritize daily orders, and work independently after training. Comfortable handling, folding, and packaging clothing with care. Able to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing. Able to stand and move throughout the workday and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Reliable attendance and a collaborative approach to working with a small team. Pay, Schedule & Benefits Pay: $17.00 per hour. Full-time, Monday–Friday. Schedule: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., to be discussed.
