Ecommerce Order Fulfillment Specialist
ConfidentialEcommerce Order Fulfillment Specialist Full-Time | Lebanon, Connecticut Plant Addicts is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Ecommerce Order Fulfillment Specialist to support our growing ecommerce business. This position helps manage the daily flow of online orders from the time they are received through shipping, tracking, invoicing, and customer support. You'll work closely with our Ecommerce, Shipping, Accounting, and Inventory teams to help ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. What You'll Do Organize and process daily ecommerce orders in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and other order documents using ShipStation. Coordinate with the Shipping Team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Upload tracking information and communicate order status when needed. Prepare shipping manifests and required plant certification paperwork for regulated states. Close shipped orders in NAV and assist with invoice adjustments and credits. Help resolve customer questions related to orders, shipping, tracking, or damaged packages. Communicate with UPS and FedEx regarding shipping volume, pickups, trailers, and delivery issues. Gather documentation needed for lost, late, or damaged package claims. Upload inventory and monitor product availability across ecommerce websites and marketplaces. Review product listings for accuracy and make updates to product information, copy, and images. Take plant photos or videos when updated product imagery is needed. What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, order management systems, and ecommerce platforms. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors throughout the year. Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting at least 50 pounds. Valid Connecticut driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Spanish is helpful but not required. Helpful Experience Previous experience with ecommerce fulfillment, online marketplaces, ShipStation, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, inventory management, shipping, or customer service is helpful but not required. Training will be provided on our systems and processes.
