eCommerce Operations Specialist
Pacific Auto CompanyJob Summary The eCommerce Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing various aspects of Pacific Best Inc.'s online retail platform. This role involves order management, inventory oversight, platform maintenance, customer service, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall ecommerce operations and customer experience. Responsibilities/Daily Tasks · Order Management : Manage the entire order process, from processing to fulfillment and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate order completion while maintaining high customer satisfaction. · Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with teams to ensure stock availability, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. · Platform/Website Maintenance : Maintain and update the ecommerce platform, manage product listings, and ensure the platform's health metrics are optimized. Collaborate with the RMA/IT team to resolve technical and product issues. · Customer Service Support : Act as the primary customer service representative, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating cases as needed. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements for an enhanced shopping experience. · Quality Assurance : Conduct regular shipping audits to ensure carrier efficiency and monitor distribution center pickups and carrier claims. · Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and ecommerce projects, to align ecommerce strategies with business objectives. Contribute insights to drive continuous improvement. · Marketing/Analytics : Manage monthly analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) in operations and assist with marketing objectives. · Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties, projects, and assignments as requested by management in support of Pacific Best Inc.'s business objectives. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). · Experience with website development. · Experience in digital marketing, including asset creation and digital footprint enhancement. · Strong data analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. · Proven experience in ecommerce operations, preferably within the consumer goods industry. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and customer service. · Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. · Familiarity with online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart) and shopping cart websites (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce).
