Bleuet E-Commerce Warehouse Lead Warehouse Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00/hr _ _________________________________________________________ Interested in joining a fast-paced, e-commerce apparel start-up? Bleuet, a direct-to-consumer e-commerce company creating comfortable bras camisoles and apparel for tweens and teens , is looking for a full-time warehouse fulfillment and customer support lead whose primary focus will be the fulfillment of online orders. As a part of Bleuet’s e-commerce fulfillment and customer support team, you will have the opportunity to learn more about inventory, supply chain, e-commerce, customer service, and online order fulfillment and grow with our business. Beyond our apparel, we invest in teens and tweens through our Bleuet Entrepreneur more - giving them more opportunities, more voice, more say. We focus on working with responsible manufacturing partners to ensure that their people, which are primarily women, are offered fair and sustainable wages, reasonable hours and a safe working environment. The Role: ONLINE ORDER FULFILLMENT (approximately 75%) ● Accurately process online orders, from receipt to post-fulfillment. ● Assist with administrative tasks. Prepare and process all paperwork regarding shipping and receiving. ● Able to accurately complete data entry to update systems following order fulfillment. ● Ability to work effectively with customers over the phone and via email, if something goes wrong, and provide timely problem resolution. Qualifications: ● Able to read English and understand online work orders. ● Strong organizational skills. ● Keen focus and attention to detail. ● Motivated to provide excellent service to our online customers. Helpful to have, but not required: ● Basic computer skills WAREHOUSE SUPPORT (approximately 25%) ● Works individually and with a team to help receive, rotate, and store products. ● Organize and count inventory. ● Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse. Qualifications: ● Initiative to step in and help the team meet deadlines. ● Attention to detail. Physical Requirements: ● Ability to stand for long periods of time. ● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. __________________________________________________________ The Warehouse Lead/Ecommerce is a full-time position, mentored by the CEO & Co-Founder and reporting directly to COO & Co-Founder. Ability to work well under pressure is a key trait, especially as we approach the holidays, when online order demand is expected to be strong. Willingness to work on holidays and weekends, when required, is needed in this job.
