Ecommerce Fulfillment (Fishing Products Live Selling)

E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate – Live Selling We are a small, family-owned and operated fishing tackle business looking for a dependable and motivated E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. This position will work approximately 30–40 hours per week and will focus on fulfilling orders generated through our live-selling and e-commerce channels. We ship a high volume of fishing products, including fishing tackle, reels, rods, apparel, accessories, and other merchandise. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Perform quality control (QC) to ensure customers receive the correct products in excellent condition Verify orders and help prevent missing, incorrect, or damaged items Package products securely to minimize damage during shipping Keep the packing, fulfillment, and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe Monitor packing and shipping supplies and communicate when inventory needs to be reordered Help organize products and inventory for efficient fulfillment Assist with processing large order volumes following live-selling events Look for ways to improve, streamline, and innovate our fulfillment process Work closely with our small team to solve problems and keep orders moving efficiently Assist with other warehouse and e-commerce responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to work hard .
