Project locations throughout WV Full-Time Mid Level Environmental Containment Posted September 15, 2026 Apply by December 19, 2026 Job Overview The Mid-Level EC Field Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing environmental containment operations within the oil and gas industry. This position ensures safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple crews, contributing to successful project execution and environmental protection in various field locations throughout West Virginia. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate multiple field crews to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project standards Communicate effectively with Crew Leaders, dispatch, and management to facilitate smooth operations Monitor crew performance, provide guidance, and ensure timely completion of tasks Ensure all team members maintain required safety certifications and compliance with OSHA, PEC, and customer-specific standards Complete accurate daily reports including job summaries, material usage, and upcoming activities Manage logistics related to equipment, materials, and personnel to meet project deadlines Enforce company policies and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety and accountability Required Qualifications 3 to 5 years of industry experience in oil & gas, environmental containment, or related field operations Valid driver's license with Octane Approved Driver qualification Proven ability to manage multiple crews and coordinate field activities efficiently Strong organizational and communication skills Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and quality assurance Ability to complete detailed and accurate daily reports Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience in environmental containment or oil & gas operations Knowledge of PEC, OSHA 10, and customer-specific safety certifications Experience with logistics management in a field environment Problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project needs Position Details Salary:$22 to $25/hour Work Authorization:Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and hold a valid driver's license. Travel:Field-based; Travel daily to our client sites throughout WV (within 50-100 miles of our office/yard).
