In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting our growing online business by helping process, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. You'll also help maintain our online product catalog by connecting products to our Shopify online store, identifying new and specialty merchandise as it arrives, and working closely with our Online Team to ensure customers can find and purchase the products they need. Position Details Position Type: Full-Time Department: Online Sales / E-Commerce What You'll Do As an E-Commerce Fulfillment & Shipping Associate, you'll help keep our online order process running smoothly while supporting the growth and accuracy of our online product catalog. Your responsibilities will include: Pick and Process Online Orders: Locate products, pull items from inventory, and prepare customer orders for fulfillment. Pack Orders for Shipment: Carefully package merchandise to ensure products are protected and arrive safely to customers. Prepare Shipping Labels: Generate shipping labels, verify shipping information, and prepare packages for carrier pickup. Ensure Order Accuracy: Double-check products, quantities, and order details to minimize errors and ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered. Manage Outgoing Shipments: Organize completed orders, coordinate daily shipments, and help ensure packages are ready for scheduled carrier pickups. Handle Incoming Merchandise: Assist with receiving shipments, checking merchandise against packing slips, and directing products to the appropriate locations. Identify New Products for Online Listings: Monitor incoming merchandise and shipments at the receiving dock, taking note of new products, specialty instruments, unique items, and other merchandise that may be good candidates for our online store. Communicate these items to the Online Team to ensure new products are identified and considered for online listing. Maintain Online Product Listings: Help connect products and inventory to our Shopify online store, ensuring merchandise is properly linked, organized, and available for customers to purchase online. Assist with updating product information and verifying that online listings accurately reflect available inventory. Maintain Organization: Keep the fulfillment and shipping areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary packing materials and supplies. Communicate with the Online Team: Work closely with online sales, inventory, and store personnel to resolve order issues and keep fulfillment moving efficiently. Support Daily Operations: Assist with other online department and warehouse responsibilities as needed.
