E‑Commerce Warehouse Order Selector Location: Palmetto, GA | Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor or Designee Could this be you? Do you enjoy turning line items into neatly wrapped pallets that land in customers’ hands on time? Are you energized by fast, accurate work and clear goals? Do you like technology—RF scanners, tablets, and ERP/WMS systems (bonus points for Epicor)? Core impact Select products precisely according to order details. Pack and palletize shipments to match specific customer requirements. Execute all required system transactions to keep orders and inventory in sync. Operate warehouse equipment and tools in a safe, efficient manner. Inspect goods and containers to catch any damage before shipping. Maintain a clean, well-organized work area. Support inventory accuracy checks throughout your shift. Coordinate with other departments to remove roadblocks and meet deadlines. Adhere to all organizational policies, rules, and regulations. Tackle other related tasks as assigned. What you’ll use RF scanners and tablets (training provided if needed). ERP/WMS software; experience with Epicor is a plus. Skills that set you up to win Basic math competency. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Proficiency with computers; comfortable learning new systems. Attention to detail—accuracy in picking and packing matters. Capability to operate all applicable equipment and tools. Collaborative working style across departments. Consistency in meeting picking/packing productivity goals. Experience (preferred) 6 months with RF scanners. 6 months in a performance-measured picking/packing environment.
