E-Commerce & Warehouse Operations Associate

About Seaview Exchange Seaview Exchange is a growing e-commerce business specializing in buying and reselling marine electronics. We buy, sell, and ship electronics from brands including Garmin, Simrad, Lowrance, Raymarine, Humminbird, and more. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated person to help manage day-to-day operations at our Massachusetts warehouse. What You'll Do Your primary responsibilities will include: Pack and ship customer orders safely and accurately Print shipping labels and prepare packages for UPS and USPS Receive and organize incoming inventory Photograph products for online listings Create eBay listings and listing drafts Organize products and maintain inventory locations Inspect incoming items for visible damage or missing components Assist with basic product testing and condition documentation Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Assist with other inventory, shipping, and e-commerce tasks as needed What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Organized and responsible Comfortable using computers and learning new software Able to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks Comfortable handling and carefully packing valuable electronics Able to lift and move packages as needed Previous experience with eBay, e-commerce, shipping, warehouse work, electronics, or inventory management is a plus, but not required Knowledge of boats or marine electronics is not required . We will provide training. Schedule Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Compensation $20–$23 per hour , depending on experience. Why Join Seaview Exchange? We're looking for someone who can eventually take ownership of the inventory, listing, packing, and shipping workflow and grow with the company.
