E-Commerce & Warehouse Operations Assistant – HVAC About Us We are an established Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) company with over 30 years of experience. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable individual to join our team and support our growing e-commerce business, warehouse operations, and customer service activities. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in online sales, inventory management, and learning how a commercial HVAC business operates. You will work directly with our e-commerce manager and gain exposure to both online retail and the HVAC industry. Responsibilities E-Commerce & Online Sales Create, update, and maintain product listings on eBay, Amazon, and other online sales platforms. Assist with product research, pricing, inventory updates, and listing optimization. Monitor customer inquiries, orders, messages, and issues across online marketplaces. Help customers with product questions, order status, returns, and claims. Maintain accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and inventory information. Identify opportunities to improve online sales and the customer shopping experience. Warehouse & Inventory Management Help organize and maintain warehouse inventory, including HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories. Track incoming and outgoing inventory and update inventory records. Assist with order picking, packing, shipping, and coordinating deliveries. Verify products, quantities, and condition before orders are shipped. Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse. Assist with identifying, photographing, and preparing surplus equipment and parts for online sale. HVAC Business Operations Learn about HVAC equipment, components, parts, and their applications. Work with our team to identify products, understand specifications, and answer basic product questions. Assist with product research and sourcing for HVAC equipment and replacement parts. Support general office and operational tasks as needed. Take on additional responsibilities as you develop your knowledge of the business. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience selling on eBay, Amazon, or similar online marketplaces required . Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Customer service experience and a professional, helpful attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn about HVAC equipment, warehouse operations, and inventory management. Ability to work on-site, including time in both the office and warehouse. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Experience with inventory management systems, Microsoft Office, or basic photo editing is a plus. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $20–$23, based on experience. Hands-on training in e-commerce, warehouse management, and HVAC operations.
