E-Commerce & Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

The E-Commerce & Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is responsible for getting orders out the door accurately and on time. This position handles e-commerce orders from processing through packing and shipping, and supports wholesale orders, influencer and promotional shipments, and inventory checks when new product arrives. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager. About Cleobella At Cleobella, sustainability and ethical practices are at the core of all we do. Description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Process daily e-commerce orders in our ERP and Shopify, and flag any order issues to the team Create and print pull sheets so orders are picked accurately and in the right sequence Pull and pack e-commerce orders with care so each one arrives the way our customers expect Prepare shipments, print labels, and get packages out on schedule Receive and count new product, check it against purchase orders, and report any discrepancies Pull, pack, and ship product for influencer, PR, and marketing requests Pull and pack wholesale orders for retail partners, following each account’s requirements Keep work areas clean and organized Help with other warehouse tasks as needed QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce shipping (apparel experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and counting Comfortable with computers, including order systems, spreadsheets, and label printers Able to work at a steady pace and stay organized during busy periods Team player who communicates clearly and takes ownership of their work Able to stand for long periods and lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs Reliable and on time for a 7:30 AM start SCHEDULE & BENEFITS Monday to Friday, about 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, on-site Monthly medical insurance stipend 401(k) eligibility after one year At Cleobella, we are dedicated to making a positive impact on society and the environment.
