Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual with e-commerce experience to manage and operate our online sales platforms, including eBay and Amazon. In this role, you will be responsible for listing products for sale, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring timely shipping of orders.
This position is a hybrid role, with approximately 70% focused on e-commerce responsibilities and 30% dedicated to warehouse support. Warehouse duties include assisting the full-time warehouse associate with shipping and receiving, as well as helping with the organization and delivery of parts.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in both a digital and physical work environment.
E-Commerce Responsibilities
- Manage and update listings on e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Amazon
- Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels
- Monitor incoming online orders and ensure accurate order processing
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders and shipping
- Process refunds, exchanges, and returns when necessary
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse inventory
- Perform routine inventory counts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with unloading deliveries and moving inventory as needed
- Accurately pulls, fills, packs, and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
- Locates manufacturer’s packing list, verifies receipt of each item listed.
- Signs and dates freight bill noting all adjustments and/or damage to product and reports any quality or
inventory discrepancy issues to the appropriate person.
- Communicates positively with supervisors, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate
deliveries/pick-up.
- Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety
checks, and reports discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Assists in keeping the facility secure .Ensures all equipment is stored at the end of day and all doors and
gates are secured.
- Perform yearly warehouse inventory.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferred.
- Prior e-commerce experience preferred.
- Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Prior forklift experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
-Obtain Fire Extinguisher license within 6 months upon employment.
