E-Commerce Warehouse Associate
ConfidentialAbout Our Company We are a growing e-commerce business specializing in third-party retail sales and online order fulfillment. We sell a wide variety of consumer merchandise through major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Whatnot, and TikTok Shop . Our warehouse handles everything from sourcing and receiving merchandise to managing inventory, processing orders, packing shipments, and preparing products for online sales. We are looking to add 1–2 dependable, detail-oriented individuals to our warehouse team during our busy season, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs. Work Schedule Monday: Approximately 10:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM Tuesday–Friday: Approximately 10:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM Weekends off. Hours may vary slightly depending on daily order volume and warehouse needs. Daily Responsibilities Order Processing & Shipping Process customer orders from Amazon, Walmart, and other online selling platforms. Use computer-based software to generate and print shipping labels. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify product quantities and order accuracy before shipping. Organize completed shipments for carrier pickup or post office drop-off. Whatnot & TikTok Order Fulfillment Review customer order pick lists and locate the required merchandise. Gather and organize multiple products for bundled customer orders. Accurately pack larger shipments containing multiple items. Assist with preparing and organizing inventory for upcoming live selling events. Warehouse & Inventory Management Receive, inspect, sort, and organize incoming merchandise. Stock shelves and maintain an organized warehouse. Assist with inventory counts and product organization. Label, prepare, and organize inventory for palletized shipments. Help load, unload, and move merchandise as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. Local Inventory Pickups & Shipping Occasionally pick up merchandise from nearby retail and wholesale locations. Transport inventory back to the warehouse. Drop off completed shipments at the post office as needed. Operate a company cargo van when necessary. Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Comfortable driving a full-size cargo van. Basic computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software programs. Strong attention to detail, particularly when processing and packing orders. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow instructions and work independently after training. Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move merchandise throughout a shift. Good organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to learn and perform different warehouse responsibilities as needed. Preferred Experience Warehouse, shipping, packing, or order fulfillment experience. Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Whatnot, or TikTok Shop. Experience using shipping software, inventory systems, or other computer-based order processing tools. Previous warehouse or e-commerce experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems.
