E-Commerce Warehouse Associate

About Us We are an established national e-commerce company in the hemp/CBD industry , serving customers across the United States. We have built a recognizable presence in our industry and operate a professional, established e-commerce and fulfillment operation. Our products include hemp seeds, CBD products, and other hemp-related merchandise . Please note: This position involves working around and handling hemp/CBD-related products on a daily basis. About the Position This is more than a basic pick-and-pack position. You'll play an important role in making sure customer orders are processed accurately, packaged properly, and shipped on time every day . Your responsibilities will include: Processing daily e-commerce orders Picking the correct products, varieties and quantities Preparing and packaging customer orders Creating and printing shipping labels Working with our shipping and order-management systems Double-checking every order before shipment Updating tracking and order information Organizing outgoing shipments Assisting with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies Keeping the fulfillment area clean and organized Helping improve our shipping processes as the company grows Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable with computers, and extremely detail-oriented . Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, inventory, or warehouse operations is preferred. Experience with ShipStation or similar shipping software is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Most importantly, we're looking for someone we can trust. As you learn our operation, we'd like you to become capable of independently managing the daily shipping workflow and making sure orders go out correctly and on time. Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
