E-Commerce Specialist (Purchasing/Sourcing)

Responsibilities but not limited to: Source and onboard new products, negotiate costs and terms with suppliers, and manage online catalog Manage and optimize product listings (descriptions, images, pricing) Own the vendor relationship: negotiate pricing, terms, promotional support MOQs, and lead times Build product launch plans in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Fulfillment (creative assets, imagery, launch timing, inventory) Manage the item lifecycle end-to-end: item setup, cataloging, forecasting, replenishment, promotional planning, and end-of-life decisions Manage sell-through, margin, in-stock rate, and customer feedback; take corrective action on underperforming SKUs Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance Qualifications/Skills: High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred 3–5 years of relevant experience in buying, sourcing, e-commerce, or retail merchandising Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, vendor management, inventory management, and demand forecasting Demonstrated vendor negotiation experience and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems (IMS) Strong interest in retail trends and e-commerce innovation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingual in English and Korean preferred Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision insurance / EAP (Employee Assistance Program) per company policy 401 (k) Retirement Plan with up to 5% match per company policy Life Insurance and AD&D (Accidental death & Dismemberment) per company policy BTA Insurance (Business Travel Accident Coverage) Company provided lunch Paid-time off (PTO) and Paid Holidays per company policy Celebration & Condolence Benefits per company policy Smart Card: Earn additional 4 points to the standard $1 = 1 point Holiday Gift certificates per company policy FSA (Flexible Spending Account) per company policy DCFSA (Dependent Child Care Spending Account) per company policy Work Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Salary Range: $61,000 - $81,950 Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
