E-Commerce Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator (Bilingual)
CLP GROUPWe move fast. We're growing faster. And we need someone who wants to grow with us. We're an e-commerce and wholesale company based in Miramar, FL, selling across Amazon, Walmart, Temu and Shein, with TikTok Shop and new brand partnerships on the way. In a short time we've built a real operation from the ground up, and our plan for the next two years is to multiply our volume several times over. That's where you come in. This is not a "clock in, clock out" warehouse job. You'll be the person who makes sure every order leaves on time, every shipment arrives right, and every unit is where the system says it is. You'll own the flow of products from our suppliers to our customers' doors. Let's be honest up front: this is a fast-paced, high-ownership role. If you're looking for an easy job, this isn't it. If you want to grow fast with a team that's building something real, keep reading. What you'll own D2C order management (daily): process and fulfill direct-to-consumer orders from our marketplaces, accurately and on time Shipping labels (daily): create labels, choose the right service and packaging, and keep every order moving Carrier pickups (daily): schedule and coordinate pickups and drop-offs with USPS, UPS, FedEx and any other courier, so nothing sits on the floor Inbound supplier shipments (end to end): own every purchase from the moment it's placed until it's on the shelf. Coordinate and track the shipment with the supplier, receive and inspect the freight, count every unit and reconcile it against the invoice and packing slip, flag any discrepancy right away, record it in our inventory system the same day, and store it properly so it's easy to locate. Inventory management (weekly): run counts, reconcile the shelf against the system, and report shortages, damages or slow movers Prep and warehouse supplies: keep track of stock levels for prep materials (boxes, poly bags, labels, bubble wrap, tape) and warehouse supplies, and coordinate reorders before we ever run out Warehouse Management System (WMS): keep our system accurate in real time. If it's not in the system, it didn't happen. Keep the warehouse organized, clean and safe How we work Our schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, on site. But here's what matters more: we don't measure hours, we measure results. Orders out on time. Inventory that matches the system. Suppliers tracked before anyone has to ask. Own your numbers, and your results will speak for you. That's what gets noticed here, and that's what drives growth. Who you are 3+ years in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping and receiving, or warehouse operations (preferred) Comfortable with computers: marketplaces, shipping software, spreadsheets and a WMS Detail-obsessed: the right item, the right label, the right count, every time Organized and self-driven: you see what needs to get done and you do it without being asked Goal-oriented: you know where you want to be in two years and you're working toward it Clear communicator in English and Spanish (bilingual strongly preferred) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during the shift Nice to have Experience with Amazon, Walmart or Shopify seller operations Experience with ShipStation, Veeqo or similar shipping platforms Experience coordinating with suppliers or freight carriers Why join us Real ownership from day one. This role is a key piece of our warehouse operation. Your work is seen and your impact shows up in the numbers. A real development plan. This position comes with a structured growth path designed for it. As we scale, it grows into warehouse lead and operations responsibilities. We'd rather promote from within than hire from outside. Performance bonuses. Hit your targets and it shows up in your pay. Learn how a multichannel e-commerce business is built, with direct access to leadership and a front-row seat to every new channel and brand we add. Pay: $20 to $24 per hour based on experience, plus performance bonuses If you're hungry, organized…
