E-commerce Shipping/Outbound Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced eCommerce Shipping / Outbound Team Lead to oversee our daily shipping and order fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, knows how to keep a team motivated, and understands the importance of productivity, organization, and accuracy. This is a hands-on leadership position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable leading from the front, working alongside their team when needed, and taking ownership of the department's daily performance. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of approximately 8–15 warehouse employees. Oversee daily eCommerce order fulfillment, packing, labeling, and outbound shipping operations. Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time. Monitor employee productivity, workflow, and overall department performance. Assign daily responsibilities and ensure team members remain productive and focused. Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to improve efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping department. Train, coach, and support employees while holding the team accountable to performance expectations. Coordinate with warehouse management and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Ensure shipping deadlines and carrier pickup schedules are consistently met. Lead by example with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Qualifications & Requirements Previous leadership experience managing a team of 8–15 employees is strongly preferred. Experience in warehouse operations, eCommerce fulfillment, shipping, or distribution. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently and remain organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make decisions under pressure. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards. Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
