E-Commerce Shipping & Inventory Specialist

Kayco Outlet is a growing, high-volume e-commerce business specializing in pre-owned clothing and apparel. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our operations team. This position combines shipping, returns, inventory sorting, computer work, and general warehouse responsibilities. We're looking for someone who is hardworking, comfortable with technology, and capable of thinking independently. The ideal candidate is organized, learns quickly, pays attention to details, and can recognize and solve problems without constant supervision. Responsibilities Accurately locate, pull, package, and ship customer orders. Process returns, inspect merchandise, investigate discrepancies, and make appropriate refund decisions following company guidelines. Sort large volumes of pre-owned clothing for photography, identifying defects and maintaining quality standards. Use eBay and internal software to review orders, update listing details, and maintain accurate information. Print shipping labels, verify order information, and prepare packages for carrier pickup. Organize inventory, consolidate clothing racks, restock photography stations, and move merchandise throughout the warehouse. Assist with receiving inventory and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Identify operational problems and help find practical solutions. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a productive work pace. Able to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative. Comfortable balancing computer-based tasks with hands-on warehouse work. Able to stand, walk, and safely handle boxes weighing approximately 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Comfortable working with large volumes of pre-owned clothing in both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned warehouse areas. Previous experience in shipping, inventory, retail, or e-commerce is helpful but not required.
