E-Commerce Shipping Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Shipping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders to ensure timely and professional delivery. This position is ideal for someone who works efficiently, stays organized, and takes pride in accuracy. Responsibilities: Pick and pack e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently Prepare packages for shipment using appropriate materials and labels Verify order contents to ensure accuracy before shipping Print shipping labels and process outgoing packages through shipping platforms Organize inventory and maintain a clean packing and shipping area Restock packing supplies and notify management when inventory is low Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing incoming products Report order issues, damaged items, or shipping delays promptly Help maintain quality standards for packaging and presentation Qualifications: Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or e-commerce experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and comfort using shipping software Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages throughout the shift Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [40] pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive packing and shipping tasks Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Work Location: In person
