NATIONWIDE HOSE & CYLINDER REPAIR LLC E-COMMERCE | SALES | MARKETING | DISPATCH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Nationwide Hose & Cylinder Repair LLC is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and organized individual to join our team! We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of website management, e-commerce, online sales, and digital marketing who can also efficiently handle inside sales, dispatching, inventory management, and daily office responsibilities. -WEBSITE MANAGEMENT & E-COMMERCE Proficiently operate and manage the backend of our company website. Process, track, and manage online orders. Maintain accurate online inventory, pricing, and product availability. Add, update, and organize product listings. Troubleshoot website ordering and inventory issues. Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement. -SALES & DIGITAL MARKETING Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales. Manage online marketing campaigns and promotions. Understand SEO, Google advertising, and digital marketing strategies. Assist with social media marketing and advertising. Identify opportunities to increase website traffic, generate leads, and grow sales. Monitor sales performance and marketing effectiveness. - DISPATCH & INSIDE SALES Answer incoming calls and assist customers. Schedule and dispatch service calls to technicians. Coordinate service requests and communicate with field personnel. Prepare quotes and process customer orders. Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities. Maintain professional customer relationships. - INVENTORY & OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate product orders and purchasing. Assist with daily office operations. Maintain organized customer and sales records. Communicate effectively with management, customers, and technicians. - REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -Proven experience in website management and e-commerce operations. - Strong knowledge of online sales and digital marketing is a MUST. -Experience managing online inventory and product listings. -Knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and website optimization. -Strong computer and organizational skills. -Excellent communication and customer service abilities. -Ability to multitask and work independently. -Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
