We have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally and are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our Cables on Demand team located in Endicott, NY. Amphenol Cables on Demand is a fast-growing, high-mix, low-volume custom cable manufacturer serving customers through a dynamic e-commerce platform. We are seeking a driven Operations Manager to lead strategic and day-to-day execution across our sales, production, warehouse, customer service, and systems functions. This leader will play a critical role in scaling the business, strengthening operational discipline, and delivering an exceptional customer experience built on speed, quality, and reliability.
