E-Commerce Operations & Customer Support Associate Job Type: Full-Time Schedule Weekdays only (Monday to Friday) Must be available to work consistently during the week About the Role Getoutside is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations & Customer Support Associate to manage our Shopify online sales and customer service during the week. This role is fully in-office and plays an important part in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate order processing, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Process and fulfill Shopify online orders during the week. Accurately pack and prepare orders for shipment. Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone . Handle questions related to orders, shipping, returns, and general customer support. Monitor Shopify for order issues, errors, or potential fraud flags. Maintain clear communication with the team to ensure a smooth workflow. Help resolve order and fulfillment issues in a timely manner. Provide a positive, efficient, and professional customer experience. Requirements Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. Previous experience using Shopify (required). Must be available to work weekdays, Monday to Friday. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable handling customer inquiries by phone. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and manage competing priorities. Must be able to work in-office . Nice to Have Experience with e-commerce or retail order fulfillment. Familiarity with shipping and order management systems. Experience working with online retail platforms and inventory management.
