E-Commerce Operations Associate – Luxury Watches (English/Mandarin Bilingual Preferred)

With over 15 years in the industry, we specialize in buying and selling luxury timepieces from brands like Rolex, Omega, Cartier, and Breitling. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, learning new skills, and taking on different responsibilities. No watch industry experience? That's okay! We're happy to train the right person. What You'll Be Doing Every day brings something different! You'll work closely with our team and get hands-on experience in several areas of our business. Customer Service: Assist customers through email, phone, and online messaging. Answer questions about our watches, help with orders, and resolve concerns professionally. E-Commerce Operations: Help manage online orders, update product listings, maintain accurate pricing and descriptions, and keep our online stores running smoothly. Inventory Management: Track incoming and outgoing watches, maintain inventory records, and coordinate with our inventory and fulfillment teams. Shipping & Fulfillment: Prepare and package luxury watches for shipment, coordinate with shipping carriers, and make sure orders go out accurately and on time. Quality Control: Inspect products, verify order details, and help maintain our quality standards. Reporting & Analysis: Review sales data, track performance, and help identify opportunities to improve our business. Team Support: Work alongside different departments, help solve everyday challenges, and contribute ideas to make our operations more efficient. What We're Looking For We're not expecting you to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. Strong communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and learning new software. Able to work independently while also being a team player. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative. Comfortable working in a busy but friendly office environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, or operations is a plus. Bilingual skills are a plus, especially Mandarin.
