E-Commerce Operations Assistant

Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable individual to manage our business-to-business (B2B) sales platform, online product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, has basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and can manage daily tasks efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Online Listings: Post, update, and manage merchandise for sale on our B2B sales platform. Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. Order Fulfillment: Process orders, prepare merchandise for shipment, package items securely, and coordinate mailing and shipping. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track outgoing merchandise, and update stock availability. Data Entry: Enter and organize product information, sales, inventory counts, and shipping details using various sales platform. Organization: Keep merchandise, packing materials, and inventory records organized and maintain an efficient workflow. Administrative Support: Assist with daily operational tasks related to online sales, order tracking, and inventory reporting. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry and spreadsheets. Comfortable using computers and online platforms. Ability to package, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Previous experience in e-commerce, inventory management, shipping, or data entry is a plus but not required.
