E-Commerce/Fulfillment/Warehouse Lead

Job Summary As an E-Commerce/Fulfillment/Warehouse Lead, you’ll keep orders moving from inventory to shipment while guiding a team through safe, accurate warehouse operations. You’ll coordinate warehouse distribution, inventory control, and shipping and receiving, using warehouse management systems and radio-frequency (RF) scanners to track work and resolve issues. Your impact: Reliable fulfillment helps customers receive the right orders on time and gives your team clear, organized workflows. Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and communicate priorities, updates, and issues to the team and managers. Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and accurate system records. Use RF scanners, inventory management systems, Microsoft Office, and material handling equipment to support efficient logistics. Promote safe materials handling, including forklift operation where authorized, and follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Identify process improvement opportunities using lean management practices; maintain organized distribution center operations. Qualifications Warehouse experience, including inventory management, warehouse management, and shipping and receiving; warehouse supervisor experience is preferred. Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory management systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office. Team leadership, team management, and clear managerial communication skills. Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment safely; relevant authorization or certification may be required. Able to perform heavy lifting and follow safe handling procedures.
