Role Description The E-Commerce Fulfillment & Receiving Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Cleveland area (Parma, Ohio). This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing online orders for shipment, ensuring items are correctly labeled, packaged, and dispatched on schedule. Daily tasks include receiving deliveries, unloading products, checking shipments against purchase orders, and organizing inventory in designated storage areas. The associate will maintain a clean and orderly workspace, follow food safety and product handling guidelines, and use tools such as pallet-jacks and forklifts to move merchandise safely. The role also involves communicating with team members about inventory needs, order status, and any discrepancies, supporting smooth operations in both the store and e-commerce fulfillment areas. Qualifications Ability to perform Shipping & Receiving tasks, including accurate order fulfillment and inventory handling. Hands-on experience with unloading deliveries and using equipment such as a pallet-jack and forklift safely and efficiently. Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work effectively with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with physical work, including standing for extended periods and lifting boxes as needed. Basic math and record-keeping skills for counting, checking, and documenting stock and orders. Prior experience in retail, warehouse, grocery, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred but not required. Willingness to follow food safety guidelines and company policies, and to learn new systems or procedures. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Basic computer and Microsoft skills are required. Able to regularly lift up to 50lbs and stand or walk for most of the shift. Willing to learn safe forklift and pallet-jack operation. Comfortable moving loaded pallets weighing up to approximately 2,000lbs using proper equipment. Schedule & Flexibility Weekly Schedule: General hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday Flexibility: Features flexible Sunday hours to help prepare orders for Monday, our heaviest shipping day of the week. Delivery Windows: Truck deliveries typically arrive Tuesday through Thursday. Adaptability: Delivery schedules can occasionally shift with about 24 hours of notice, so a degree of schedule flexibility is required.
