ConfidentialE-commerce Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator RYERCAT Denver, Colorado — On-site Part-time | Flexible weekday schedule $20–$27/hour, depending on experience RYERCAT is a growing Canadian cat dental-care brand looking for a dependable, organized and tech-savvy person to help us launch and operate our new U.S. fulfillment space in Denver. This is not a traditional warehouse job. Yes, you’ll be receiving inventory, packing boxes and shipping orders — but you’ll also be working on a computer, processing orders, managing inventory records, printing labels and communicating regularly with our remote team. We’re looking for someone who can eventually become our trusted person on the ground in Denver. About the role This position will begin part-time with a flexible schedule while we establish our Denver warehouse and move inventory into the location. Hours may be limited initially and will increase as our U.S. fulfillment volume grows. You’ll work largely independently from our Denver warehouse at: 5150 Colorado Blvd Denver, CO 80216 Our broader RYERCAT team works remotely, so being dependable, comfortable working independently and able to communicate clearly is extremely important. What you'll do Your responsibilities will gradually include: Pick, pack and ship customer orders Review and process daily e-commerce orders Print shipping labels and packing documents Process Shopify orders Process Faire wholesale orders Assist with Chewy and other retail/wholesale orders Receive incoming inventory and supplier shipments Count and reconcile incoming cartons and products against shipping documents Photograph and report damaged, missing or incorrect inventory Maintain accurate physical inventory Organize products and warehouse shelving Prepare outbound shipments and carrier pickups Process returns and inventory adjustments Prepare product kits, labels, inserts and other light assembly when needed Maintain shipping and packaging supplies Identify when boxes, tape, labels or other supplies need to be reordered Occasionally purchase or pick up local warehouse supplies Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate inventory discrepancies and order issues to our remote team Follow and help improve written SOPs and warehouse processes As the role grows, we would like this person to take increasing ownership of RYERCAT's U.S. fulfillment and day-to-day warehouse operations. Computer skills are important You do not need extensive warehouse experience. We can teach fulfillment processes. What is much more important to us is that you're comfortable using computers and learning new systems. You should be comfortable with things such as: Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel Google Drive Email and web-based applications Uploading and downloading files Sharing documents Printing documents and shipping labels Navigating multiple browser tabs and online systems Entering information accurately Learning platforms such as Shopify, Faire and shipping software Previous Shopify, Faire, Amazon, e-commerce or inventory-management experience is helpful but not required .
