E-Commerce Fulfillment & Inventory Associate

E-Commerce Fulfillment & Inventory Associate We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing e-commerce business as a Full-Time E-Commerce Fulfillment & Inventory Associate. This position involves picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, as well as receiving incoming inventory, organizing products, and restocking merchandise. We are looking for someone who is dependable, efficient, organized, and interested in a stable, long-term position with a growing business. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Shipping Accurately pick and pack customer orders. Print and apply shipping labels. Verify order contents and quantities before shipment. Prepare packages for daily USPS pickups. Organize orders to maintain an efficient shipping workflow. Help ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time. Inventory Receiving & Restocking Receive and process incoming inventory shipments. Unpack, inspect, and count incoming merchandise. Verify received inventory against purchase orders and packing lists. Organize, label, and store products in designated locations. Restock inventory and maintain organized product storage areas. Assist with inventory counts and tracking. Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. General Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Organize shipping supplies, packaging materials, and inventory. Assist with other day-to-day e-commerce operations as needed. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Basic computer skills. Previous experience in shipping, packing, inventory management, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as the business grows.
