E-Commerce Fulfillment/Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Fulfilment Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving our e-commerce customer portals, managing product information, supporting online promotions, and assisting customers with website-related inquiries. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical and administrative skills while learning new software, platforms, and processes. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain and update the company’s e-commerce website, including product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications. Customize and maintain an existing template-based website using HTML and CSS. Configure and customize template-based products using variables, attributes, and product options. Ensure website content, product information, pricing, and promotions remain accurate and up to date. Assist with product categorization, website merchandising, collections, and navigation. Monitor website functionality, identify issues, and assist with troubleshooting and improvements. Support the implementation of online promotions, marketing campaigns, and seasonal updates. Assist with new product setup, product launches, and discontinued product updates. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding website functionality, user accounts, access issues, and general website questions. Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer and website-related issues. Use available software and tools to support website administration and improve work processes. Demonstrate a “can do” attitude, taking initiative and learning new software, platforms, and processes as required. Work independently while cooperating with and supporting internal teams. Adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and procedures while meeting tight deadlines. Requirements: Experience administering an e-commerce platform is required. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including the ability to read and modify existing website code. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat. Effective time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities. Ability to learn new software, platforms, and work processes quickly. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and short turnaround times. Open-minded and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing directions as the business develops. Ability to work cooperatively with internal teams and respond effectively to customer inquiries. Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an asset. Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and iOS/Android operating systems is an asset.
