E-commerce Fulfillment Associate / Shipping Coordinator

JKW Enterprises, a locally operated e-commerce and internet marketing company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated E-commerce Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role you will be an essential part of our fulfillment process, with occasional opportunities to assist in various marketing tasks, providing a dynamic work environment and ample learning opportunities. This is an independent contractor position. Primary Responsibilities: Precise picking, packing, and shipping of e-commerce orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every step. Management of e-commerce orders through ShipStation and sales software. Implementing effective product management strategies, ensuring items are well-organized, properly rotated, and systematically separated as required. Tracking and managing inventory in coordination with our fulfillment partners. Coordinating with domestic and international sourcing partners for inventory orders. Expanding your product knowledge by understanding our extensive product line and mastering our fulfillment operations to enhance overall efficiency. Participation in various marketing tasks, contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies. Providing support in customer service management through helpdesk software, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Upholding a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment, adhering to our company’s safety protocols and good manufacturing practices. Assist in housekeeping of office (i.e. clean supply room, organize shipping room, etc.) Continuously identifying opportunities to optimize processes and contribute to team efficiency. Additional duties may include data entry, filing, and other administrative duties. Executing additional tasks as assigned, showcasing versatility and commitment. Preferred Qualifications & Attributes: Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and the ability to stay on your feet for prolonged periods. Strict adherence to safety protocols and good manufacturing practices. Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze and propose solutions to problems. Demonstrated interest in learning about our diverse product range, e-commerce, and marketing strategies. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
