We are committed to providing the highest quality food and lifestyle experience. Happier Grocery is growing, and we’re looking for an Ecommerce Associate to join our team. This is a customer-facing role that is responsible for fulfilling online orders. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our standards, managing incoming and outgoing orders, and consistently engaging with our in-store and virtual community. Responsibilities Utilize our internal software to accurately locate, scan, and assemble customer orders from the retail floor and back-of-house storage. Select only the highest-quality perishables, produce, and specialty items, strictly adhering to expiration dates and visual presentation standards. Select appropriate, high-quality alternatives for out-of-stock items, keeping customer preferences and dietary restrictions in mind. Securely pack orders using branded delivery materials, ensuring fragile items, frozen goods, and hot foods are separated and temperature controlled. Act as the point of contact for order modifications, processing customer returns, or resolving dispatch delays under tight timelines. Ensure a seamless, elevated experience that makes every customer feel at home You will be willing to flex where the team needs you in time of crucial support 2+ years of experience in a similar role Superior communication skills Ability to build relationships and embrace change. Great attention to detail Organizational skills Responsible and organized team player. Ability to bend and lift heavy loads. 25lb-50lb Data entry and computer skills. Understanding of safety protocols and requirements.
