Tate + Yoko, based in Montreal, is a retail and online store specializing in Japanese raw denim and apparel. It serves as the retail wing of Naked & Famous Denim, a brand that takes pride in producing garments in Canada using methods inspired by vintage techniques, catering to the most discerning denim aficionados. Tate + Yoko not only stocks the complete line of Naked & Famous Denim products but also products carefully curated from their respective fields emphasizing quality and traditional production methods with an emphasis on goods produced in Canada, Japan, and America. We at Tate + Yoko are looking for someone to join our ecommerce fulfilment team full time at our Montreal location. Job objective Provide prompt and accurate packing and shipping of online orders. Status Reports directly to the Tate + Yoko warehouse manager and work in close collaboration with the Tate + Yoko general manager and other departments. Main Responsibilities - Picking and packing online orders - Replenishing inventory (in warehouse / in store) - Inventory checks / audits - Product labeling / pricing - Maintain warehouse standards – keeping a neat, organized workplace - Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone / email - Participation in social media content - General warehouse maintenance Qualifications - Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written French and English - Willing to work full time schedule weekdays - General work experience or equivalent formal education - Knowledge of raw denim and related fashion brands - Other qualifications: excellent communication skills, service-oriented and team player - Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities - One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred - Experience with Shopify, Shipstation, Momentis and Zendesk preferred - Must be able to lift heavy boxes and work on your feet To apply, please send your resume to kari@nakedandfamousdenim.com.
