The Role We're hiring an E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to keep the warehouse running smoothly and accurately. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves staying organized, moving with urgency, and making sure orders go out right the first time. You'll support picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, returns, and basic data entry — with room to grow into leadership over time. What You'll Do Pack orders safely and accurately (build/break down boxes, secure items, label correctly) Pick orders and verify product variations (attention to detail is everything here) Print packing slips and shipping labels (ShipStation/Shippo/UPS tools) Assist with receiving, inventory counts, and restocking/reorders Label, manage returns, and support incoming/outgoing shipments Keep warehouse areas clean and organized (packing, receiving, merchandise, storage) Support wholesale order prep (build pallets, stage for carrier pickup) Own day-to-day returns and data entry — log returns, damages/defects, refunds, incidents/complaints, and inventory adjustments so records stay accurate Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory and receiving support Requirements (Must-Haves) Must be 21 or older due to federal and state laws regulating the handling and distribution of nicotine, tobacco, vape, and hemp-derived products. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (I-9 & W-4 required) Comfortable using — or able to quickly learn — warehouse/e-commerce tools: ShipStation/Shippo, Shopify, UPS, MS Office, WhatsApp Reliable transportation to get to work on time High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer proficiency — comfortable with data entry, email, spreadsheets, and web-based apps Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods and stay active throughout the shift Preferred (Nice-to-Haves) Previous experience using Shopify or WooCommerce Experience with any inventory management platform (e.g., inventory/warehouse or ERP systems) Prior pick-and-pack, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfillment experience Comfort picking up new software quickly Who You Are Punctual, dependable, honest Strong work ethic, flexible, willing to learn Able to work independently without supervision — with high accountability Clear communicator who follows instructions and asks questions when needed Benefits & Growth Employee discount on products.
