Job Title: Dumpster Delivery Driver & Junk Removal Specialist Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour (or flat rate options) Location: Local Area Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time About the Role We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Dumpster Delivery Driver & Junk Removal Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for safely transporting and placing dumpsters, executing junk removal projects, and delivering excellent service to our residential and commercial clients. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to reliability. Must be detail oriented. Key Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles to drop off, position, and haul away dumpsters. Perform efficient junk removal services, including lifting, loading, and sorting items. Provide professional customer service on site and communicate clearly with clients. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation. Maintain clean, organized equipment and vehicle interiors. Adhere to all local traffic laws, safety protocols, and company procedures. Qualifications & Requirements License: Must possess a valid Chauffeur’s License . Driving Record: Clean driving record required (MVR check will be performed). Punctuality: Must be dependable and show up on time for every scheduled shift. Attention to Detail: Precision in safe dumpster placement and handling client properties with care. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stand, and perform manual labor throughout the day. Experience: Previous dumpster delivery or junk removal experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, or competitive flat-rate options depending on experience and job assignments.
