Dump Truck Driver/Haul Away Laborer

Waste Away Dumpster Rentals, a locally owned and family-run company serving the Omaha metro (Papillion Proud), is hiring a full-time Dumpster Truck Driver (Roll-Off) to join our growing team. We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working individual who can handle daily dumpster delivery and pickup routes, operate a roll-off truck safely in residential and commercial areas, physical labor required with our haul away jobs (must be able to carry 50+ lbs), and take pride in their work without needing constant supervision. This role includes performing routine pre- and post-trip equipment inspections, maintaining the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the truck, and communicating consistently with the owner/manager regarding schedules, job updates, and any issues. The driver will also use our CRM system to view routes, update job statuses, and add notes, so comfort with using a smartphone or app is important. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required), a clean driving record, and experience driving trucks or trailers is a plus. This is a full-time position, primarily Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed, offering competitive hourly pay based on experience along with bonus opportunities tied to performance, Google reviews, and upsells.
