The ideal candidate will operate company dump trucks safely and efficiently while maintaining professionalism on every job site. Requirements Valid Class A or Class B CDL Clean driving record with no major violations 1–2 years of dump truck, roll off end dump or commercial driving experience Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Responsibilities Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials to and from job sites Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards Communicate effectively with dispatch and job site personnel Maintain professionalism with customers and team members Compensation & Employment Options $33-$35 per hour, based on experience Choice of W2 employment or 1099 contractor status Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Paid training People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
