Dump Truck Driver – Sitework Company Pay: $23–$25 per hour, based on experience Hours: 60–65 hours per week Overtime: Guaranteed overtime Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:15 AM to approximately 5:30–6:00 PM Location: Hampstead, NC 90-Day Review: Performance and pay review after 90 days This position involves operating a quad axle dump truck to haul materials and equipment to and from job sites. The ideal candidate must be comfortable hauling rock, dirt, sand, and heavy equipment while maintaining a safe and professional work environment. A pre-trip inspection is required and general maintenance on the truck you operate. We require maintenance of accurate logs of material deliveries and vehicle maintenance. Must submit daily truck logs by end of day. Responsibilities: Operate a quad axle dump truck to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites. Arrive at the company yard in Hampstead, NC, by 6:15 AM, Monday through Friday. Work approximately 60–65 hours per week, with a typical end time of 5:30–6:00 PM. Complete required pre-trip inspections before operating the truck. Perform general maintenance and upkeep on the truck assigned to you. Maintain accurate daily logs of material deliveries and vehicle maintenance. Submit completed daily truck logs by the end of each workday. Follow all applicable DOT regulations, company safety policies, and job site requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional truck and work environment. Requirements Valid Class A CDL required. Experience operating a quad axle dump truck preferred. Comfortable hauling rock, dirt, sand, and equipment. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Ability to arrive on time and work a full Monday–Friday schedule. Strong attention to detail with inspections, maintenance, and daily paperwork. Dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices. Ability and knowledge with loading and unloading equipment and safety transporting equipment to job sites. Pass a background check. Pass a drug test. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
