Dump Truck Driver

EXPERIENCED CLASS A CDL DUMP TRUCK DRIVER $32+/HR BASE WAGE DOE | REGULAR PREVAILING-WAGE OPPORTUNITIES UP TO $86.95/HR 100% EMPLOYER-PAID HEALTH INSURANCE | PTO | 401(k) This is a permanent, full-time position with an established Southwest Washington general contractor performing underground utility, civil/sitework, demolition, and specialty construction projects throughout the region. We are primarily looking for an experienced Class A CDL dump truck driver who is comfortable working in and around active construction sites, hauling construction materials, and working alongside field crews when needed. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $32/hour minimum base wage Higher base wage available based on demonstrated experience and capabilities Regular opportunities to work on prevailing-wage projects and earn up to $86.95 per hour , depending on project and applicable classification 100% employer-paid employee health insurance after 60 days Paid time off 401(k) Life insurance Employee Assistance Program Full-time, long-term employment THE WORK Our drivers support underground utility, excavation, demolition, sitework, and specialty construction projects throughout the region. Work primarily includes hauling aggregate, soil, demolition debris, and other construction materials to and from active jobsites, suppliers, and disposal facilities. Drivers may operate solo dump trucks, super solo, truck and pups, flatbeds, end dumps, belly dumps, and lowboy trucks depending on the project. This is a construction driving position . Drivers should be comfortable backing and maneuvering on active jobsites, working around excavators and other heavy equipment, and communicating with operators and field crews. Drivers willing to get out of the truck and help out the crew when needed is a plus EXPERIENCE WE VALUE Solo Dump Truck experience Super Solo Dump Truck experience Construction hauling experience Aggregate, soil, and demolition-material hauling Working around excavators and other heavy equipment Backing and maneuvering on active construction sites Understanding legal weights and load limits Proper load securement Lowboy / equipment-hauling experience is a plus You do not need experience with every item listed above.
